Sitecna FR Filter Regulators

The Sitecna FR filter regulator range combines rugged construction, high flow rates and comprehensive certification to deliver optimum performance in harsh conditions. Precision manufactured from 316L stainless steel or copper-free aluminium, the FR filter regulator range is ideal for use in valve actuation systems and pneumatic automation where pressure control and particle filtering are crucial.

For environments where explosion risk is important, the FR pneumatic filter regulator range carries ATEX and GOST Ex certification as standard. In addition, these filter regulators have been tested and certified by TUV Rheinland to be compliant with IEC 61508 Functional Safety Level 3 for safety instrumented systems where reliability and extended working life is critical for plant safety.

FR has NPT threads as standard in sizes from 1/4″ to 1″ for outlet pressures up to 10bar. The maximum inlet pressure is 30bar for the stainless steel construction and 25bar for the aluminium except where either are fitted with the autodrain which reduces the maximum inlet pressure to 16bar.

There is a choice for elastomers to suit different ambient temperature ranges down to -55degC making it suitable for installations in all industrial situations.
