S 450 ATEX Gas Flow Meter

The SUTO S 450 insertion type thermal mass flow meter is suitable for a wide range of industrial gas flow measurement but with it's rugged build quality and all 316L stainless steel wetted parts, it is often used on flammable or corrosive gases where conventional thermal mass meters are unsuitable. Natural Gas, Propane and Biogas systems up to 40bar pressure rating, often use S 450 and the inline version S 452, and both instruments are suitable for ambient temperatures between -40 and +65degC, with IP67 protection for all weather capability. In addition to these points, S 450 and S 452 can be supplied with ATEX or IECEx certification for use in Zone 1 Explosion risk areas. The S 450/452 gas flow meters offer a combination of analogue and digital communications choice including 4-20mA, pulse, HART and Modbus to interface with legacy or modern plant control systems for ease of integration.
