The new S520 portable dew point meter just launched offers revolutionary innovations to deliver faster on-site dew point measurements and ISO 8573 dew point audits. The new instrument incorporates a Smart feature suite that includes final value prediction for dew point and ISO 8573 purity class. Extensive testing of the sensors during development means that the Suto engineers developed an algorithm to relate the dew point measurement curve to the final value. This is a huge development since very low dew point measurements can take a considerable time and by seeing what the final value is likely to be before the test completes can save a lot of time during an audit. The result is accurate testing between -100 and +20degC TD an the result is know way in advance of the test completion.
The new touchscreen display incorporates dew point, ISO 8573 purity class, humidity, pressure and temperature measurements which can be displayed as numbers or graphs. The unit has an in-built datalogger complemented by a 5 Megapixel camera and screenshot recording within the Smart feature suite.
