P01 2″-12″ Remote Pilot Float Valves for Liquids

P01 Series Remote Pilot Float Valve

The P01 series remote pilot float valve is a simple yet effective method of controlling tank filling that eliminates the need for the main control valve to be near the tank. The small outlet pipe transports media to the float valve assembly, which can be positioned anywhere downstream of the tank. The closed float prevents the P01 from continuing to flow, as the internal piston closes.

Remote pilot float valves are used to automatically control water levels in tanks, allowing the main control valve to be located away from the tank. These valves control the flow of water to the main valve via a pilot float valve, which is a smaller valve connected to a float. When the water level drops, the pilot float valve opens, relieving pressure and allowing the main valve to open, filling the tank.

  • Pressure range 0.3-16bar (bronze, cast iron & ductile iron)
  • Bronze, cast iron, ductile iron, 304 stainless steel body options
  • DN50, DN65, DN80, DN100, DN125, DN150, DN200 flanged
  • Elastomer: NBR (+80C)
  • Stainless steel remote float assembly

The P01 BTF is ideally suited for water tank filling and control in large buildings, factories and industrial plant. The body materials allow for demanding installations. One external pipe connects to the supplied float valve.
