Model 120F2 1.5" & 2" Brass Filter

The model 120F2 range of brass filters with stainless steel bowls from ID Insert Deal Srl are suitable for use on air, gas or liquids for pressures up to 30bar with the manual condensate drain for compressed air or 50bar with the hex cap on all other fluids. This filter unit is available in 2 sizes: G1.5" or G2" and NPT threads or flanges are optional. Filter element options are 50 microns or 5 microns, both in bronze. This filter complies with PED and can be supplied with ATEX certification for hazardous area duty. There is an automatic drain option for compressed air duty up to a maximum of 16bar.

Common fluids used with this filter are Oxygen (O2), Nitrogen (N2), Argon (Ar), Helium (He), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Methane (CH4), Propane (C3H8), Compressed Air, Water and Hydraulic Oil. 

This model supersedes old model 251.

Model 220F2 1.5" & 2" Aluminium Filter

The model 220F2 range of aluminium filters with stainless steel bowls from ID Insert Deal Srl are suitable for use on air or gases for pressures up to 30bar with the manual condensate drain for compressed air or 30bar with the hex cap on all other fluids. This filter unit is available in 2 sizes: G1.5" or G2" and NPT threads or flanges are optional. Filter element options are 50 microns or 5 microns, both in bronze. This filter complies with PED and can be supplied with ATEX certification for hazardous area duty. There is an automatic drain option for compressed air duty up to a maximum of 16bar.

This filter unit is available in 2 sizes: G1.5" or G2" and NPT threads or flanges are optional. Filter element options are 50 microns or 5 microns, both in stainless steel. This filter complies with PED and can be supplied with ATEX certification for hazardous area duty and MOCA EC 1935/2004 certification for use on food related processes. There is an automatic drain option for compressed air duty up to a maximum of 16bar.
