1/8" & 1/4" Filter Models 241, 215 & 243 

Model 241: F18MC 1/8" & F14MC 1/4" Brass Filter

The model 241 range of brass filters from ID Insert Deal Srl are suitable for use on air, gas or liquids for pressures up to 30bar with the manual condensate drain or 50bar with the hex cap. This compact filter is available in 2 sizes: F18MC - 1/8" or F14MC - 1/4" and NPT threads are optional. Filter element options are 50 microns or 5 microns, both in 316L stainless steel. This filter complies with PED and can be supplied with EAC-Ex certification for hazardous area duty.

Common fluids used with this filter are Oxygen (O2), Nitrogen (N2), Argon (Ar), Helium (He), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Nitrous Oxide (N20), Compressed Air, Water and Hydraulic Oil. FDA approved seals are available for food and beverage compliance.

Model 215: F18MD 1/8" & F14MD 1/4" Zinc Alloy Filter

The model 215 range of zinc alloy modular filters from ID Insert Deal Srl are suitable for use on compressed air for pressures up to 30bar with the metal bowl and manual condensate drain or 12bar with the transparent bowl. This filter is available in 2 sizes: F18MD - 1/8" or F14MD - 1/4". Filter element options are 20 microns, 5 microns or coalescing 0.01 microns. Semi automatic drain options are available that limit the inlet pressure to 16bar with the metal bowl or 12bar with the transparent bowl. A condensate level indicator is available for the metal bowl and reduces the maximum inlet pressure to 20bar. This filter complies with PED and can be supplied with EAC-Ex certification for hazardous area duty.

Model 243: F318MC 1/8" & F314MC 1/4" Stainless Steel Filter

The model 243 range of 316L stainless steel filters from ID Insert Deal Srl are suitable for use on air, gas or liquids for pressures up to 30bar with the manual condensate drain or 50bar with the hex cap. This compact filter is available in 2 sizes: F318MC - 1/8" or F314MC - 1/4" and NPT threads are optional. Filter element options are 50 microns or 5 microns, both in 316L stainless steel. This filter complies with PED and can be supplied with EAC-Ex certification for hazardous area duty and MOCA EC 1935/2004 certification for use on food related processes.
