The 210L2 oil fog lubricators from Insert Deal Srl, are designed for compressed air duty at inlet pressures up to 30bar. Manufactured from aluminium alloy in standard sizes of 3/4" and 1", 210L2 lubricators can be supplied with larger threads up to 1.5" and flange connections are also optional.
Oil flow adjustment is through a top mounted screw for the 30bar version and a knob for the 16bar version. The dispensing rate is directly proportional to the air flow to ensure consistent oil aerosol concentration in use.
The 310L2 model oil fog lubricators from Insert Deal Srl are designed for compressed air duty at inlet pressures up to 50bar , in sizes of 3/4" and 1". Manufactured in 316L stainless steel, these lubricators provide effective compressed air lubrication in corrosive and hazardous environments. ATEX and EAC Ex certification is available for explosion risk installations. These lubricators are suitable for compressed air systems up to pressures of 50bar .
