R133 Brass High Pressure Regulator for Air, Gas or Liquids

The R133 from ID Insert Deal Srl, is a brass high pressure regulator designed for direct cylinder mounting or high pressure manifold systems. The standard pressure rating is 220bar but higher pressures of up to 300bar or 400bar are available on demand. Outlet pressure ranges cover 0.8...8bar and 1.5...15bar with a 316L stainless steel diaphragm operator and 3...30bar, 5...50bar, 10...100bar, 20...200bar with piston design. For lower pressure liquid or air relieving applications, the stainless steel diaphragm is replaced by a composite PTFE/NBR elastomer with PTFE on the fluid contact side. The chrome plating on the brass body makes it easy to keep clean for laboratory or industrial applications and R133 is supplied with gauges as standard. The flow coefficient for R133 is Kv 0.08Nm³/h or Cv 0.09 US gal/min.

The R133 regulator has a range of connection options to suit industrial gas cylinders, manifolds and pipe threads. The standard outlet connection is G1/4" and NPT is an option. Standard inlet connections are as follows although others such as DIN 477, CGA V0-1, NF E29-650 are possible:

R3133 Stainless Steel High Pressure Regulator for Air, Gas or Liquids

The R3133 from ID Insert Deal Srl, is a 316L stainless steel high pressure regulator designed for direct cylinder mounting or high pressure manifold systems. The standard pressure rating is 220bar but higher pressures of up to 300bar or 400bar are available on demand. Outlet pressure ranges cover 0.8...8bar and 1.5...15bar with a 316L stainless steel diaphragm operator and 3...30bar, 5...50bar, 10...100bar, 20...200bar with piston design. For lower pressure liquid or air relieving applications, the stainless steel diaphragm is replaced by a composite PTFE/NBR elastomer with PTFE on the fluid contact side. The stainless steel body is resistant to corrosion in laboratory or industrial applications and R3133 is supplied with gauges as standard. The flow coefficient for R133 is Kv 0.05Nm³/h or Cv 0.06 US gal/min.
