R300 Brass High Pressure Regulator for Air, Gas or Liquids

The R300 from ID Insert Deal Srl, is a brass high flow pressure regulator designed for high pressure manifold systems. The standard pressure rating is 220bar but higher pressures of up to 300bar or 400bar are available on demand. Outlet pressure ranges cover 0.8...8bar and 1.5...15bar with a composite PTFE/NBR elastomer diaphragm operator and 3...30bar, 5...50bar, 10...100bar with piston design. The flow coefficient for R300 is Kv 1.5Nm³/h or Cv 1.76 US gal/min.

The R300 regulator has a range of connection options to suit industrial gas cylinders, manifolds and pipe threads. The standard connections are G3/4" and NPT or 1" are options and R300 can be supplied as a pilot operated regulator for external pressure control. 

R300 has elastomer options to suit Air, Hydrogen (H2), Methane (CH4), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Oxygen (O2), Nitrogen (N2), Acetylene (C2H2), Helium (He), Argon (Ar), Nitrous Oxide (N2O), water (H2O) hydraulic oil and many other fluids.

R3300 Stainless Steel High Pressure Regulator for Air, Gas or Liquids

The standard pressure rating is 220bar but higher pressures of up to 300bar or 400bar are available on demand. Outlet pressure ranges cover 0.8...8bar and 1.5...15bar with a 316L stainless steel diaphragm operator and 3...30bar, 5...50bar, 10...100bar with piston design. The flow coefficient for R3300 is Kv 1.5Nm³/h or Cv 1.76 US gal/min.
