Model 521: R114 1/4", R138 3/8", R112 1/2" Brass Regulator

The model 521 range of brass pressure regulators from ID Insert Deal Srl are suitable for use on air, gas or liquids for pressures up to 50bar. The regulator uses a diaphragm for outlet pressures up to 15bar or a piston for up to 50bar with a handwheel or pilot operation. This compact regulator is available in 3 sizes: R114 - 1/4", R138 - 3/8" and R112 - 1/2", all with 1/4" gauge ports. This regulator complies with PED and can be supplied with ATEX or EAC-Ex certification for hazardous area duty.

Model 522: R114 1/4", R138 3/8", R112 1/2" Aluminium Regulator

The model 522 range of aluminium pressure regulators from ID Insert Deal Srl are suitable for use on air or gas for pressures up to 30bar. The regulator has a balanced main valve and uses a diaphragm for outlet pressures up to 15bar. Adjustment options are a handwheel or pilot operation. This compact regulator is available in 3 sizes: R114 - 1/4", R138 - 3/8" and R112 - 1/2", all with 1/4" gauge ports. This regulator complies with PED.

Model 533: R3114 1/4", Model 312R2 3/8", 312R2 1/2" Stainless Steel Regulators

The model 533 range of stainless steel 316L pressure regulators from ID Insert Deal Srl are suitable for use on air, gas or liquids for pressures up to 50bar. The regulator uses a balanced main valve and diaphragm for outlet pressures up to 15bar or a piston for up to 50bar with a handwheel or pilot operation. This compact regulator has been available in 3 sizes: R3114 - 1/4", R3138 - 3/8" and R3112 - 1/2", all with 1/4" gauge ports. R3114 1/4" continues to be available while the 3/8" and 1/2" models R3138 and R3112 have now been replaced with the new Model 12: 312R2 design which offers exactly the same pressure capability with a higher flow capacity and all 316L stainless steel construction. Both regulator designs comply with PED and R3114 can be supplied with ATEX or EAC-Ex certification for hazardous area duty. Hazardous area certification yet to be confirmed for the 312R2. R3114 and 312R2 can both be supplied with MOCA EC 1935/2004 certification for use on food related processes.
