Model V160: VSF160 1/2” Aluminium Low Pressure Relief Valve

The model V160: VSF160 range of pressure relief valves from ID Insert Deal Srl are suitable for use on air or gas for pressures up to 700 mbar. V160 employs an aluminium body with 316L stainless steel bonnet, brass internals and NBR/PTFE diaphragm. The choice of setpoint ranges are 5-45 mbar, 20-200 mbar and 150-700 mbar. This relief valve is only available in G1/2" or G1/2" NPT. V160 pressure relief valves comply with PED and can be supplied with EAC TR CU 010 certification. Typical fluids and gases used within this valve include air, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, argon and nitrous oxide. 

Model 312V3: 1/4", 3/8” & 1/2” Stainless Steel Low Pressure Relief Valve

The model 312V3 range of pressure relief valves from ID Insert Deal Srl are suitable for use on air or gas for pressures up to 700 mbar. 312V3 employs a 316L stainless steel construction with NBR/PTFE diaphragm. The choice of setpoint ranges are 5-45 mbar, 20-200 mbar and 150-700 mbar. This relief valve is available in 3 sizes: G1/4", G3/8" or G1/2". NPT threads are available for each size, if required. 312V3 complies with PED and can be supplied with ATEX, EAC TR CU 010 and EAC-EX TR CU 012 certification. Typical fluids and gases used in this valve include air, nitrogen, helium, water, hydraulic oil, carbon dioxide, argon and nitrous oxide. 312V3 replaces the old model, VSF3160.
