FR15MD 1.5" & FR20MD 2" Aluminium Filter Regulators Model 412

The 412 model series from ID Insert Deal Srl, are aluminium filter regulators in 2 sizes: FR15MD 1.5" and FR20MD 2".

The standard pressure rating is 16bar but higher inlet pressures of up to 30bar are available although when fitted with an automatic drain, the maximum inlet pressure is 16bar. Outlet pressure ranges are 0.2...1.5bar, 0.3...3bar, 0.8...8bar and 1.5...15bar through a balanced valve with NBR elastomer diaphragm. As standard, the 412 series employs a relieving regulator design and filter element options are 50 microns or 5 microns.

PED, ATEX and EAC-Ex certifications are available for these filter regulators. Options including automatic, semi automatic or manual condensate drains, pre-set or fixed outlet pressures and many others. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

FR315M 1.5" & FR320M 2" Stainless Steel Filter Regulators Model 473

The 473 model series from ID Insert Deal Srl, are 316L stainless steel filter regulators in 2 sizes: FR315M 1.5" and FR320M 2". 

The standard pressure rating is 30bar but higher inlet pressures of up to 80bar are available although when fitted with an automatic drain, the maximum inlet pressure is 16bar. Outlet pressure ranges are 0.2...1.5bar, 0.3...3bar, 0.8...8bar and 1.5...15bar through a balanced valve with composite PTFE/NBR elastomer diaphragm. As standard, the 473 series employs a relieving regulator design but non-relieving versions are available for combustible gases and liquids. Filter element options are 50 microns or 5 microns.

PED, EAC-Ex and ATEX certifications are available for these filter regulators. Options including cleaned and degreased for oxygen service, pre-set or fixed outlet pressures, FDA approved seals, flanged connections and many others. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
